We use what you send to answer you.
The building form is a direct inquiry, not a newsletter signup. We collect only the contact and building details needed to review the inquiry, provide a sample replay, and reply.

What we collect and why
What we do with it
We assess building fit, create the short-lived sample replay, keep a relationship record, reply to the inquiry, and protect the service from abuse.
What permission means
The form authorizes a direct reply about that building. It does not subscribe you to marketing, a newsletter, or a drip campaign.
Storage, service providers, and retention
- The PENGA platform stores the inquiry as a private relationship record. Public demo-session metadata expires after 72 hours.
- Raw interactive replay frames remain ephemeral and are not written to the PENGA platform.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the platform and transactional mail in Canadian regions. Cloudflare delivers and protects the public website and may process limited technical request information through its global network.
- We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, the resulting business relationship, security, or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.
